Ontario Shipping on Frozen Raw Dog Food
For customers located in Ontario but outside our delivery zone, we offer courier shipping via UPS to deliver frozen raw dog food directly to your doorstep.
Shipping Fees & Packaging
- Flat shipping fee: $25
- Additional fee: May apply for frozen orders over 36 lb
- Orders are packed in recyclable corrguated boxes with eco-friendly thermal insulation and gel packs
- Packaging is designed to keep items cool or frozen for up to 36 hours
- Minor thawing during transit is normal and safe — sealed products can be refrozen upon arrival
Shipping Process
- Order Placement: Once your order is placed online, it will be processed and shipped promptly. Orders typically ship the next business day, except Friday.
- Delivery Timeline: UPS typically delivers orders within 24 hours after they leave our facility.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Yes. We deliver to many surrounding areas outside Toronto, including parts of the GTA and Ontario. Some areas are serviced by local delivery, while others may require frozen courier shipping. If your area is not listed, send us your postal code and we can confirm your delivery option.
Do you deliver frozen raw food across all of Canada?
Our frozen raw food is primarily available within Ontario through local delivery, pickup, or frozen courier shipping where available. Our dehydrated dog and cat treats can be shipped Canada-wide.
How is the raw food kept frozen during delivery?
Our raw dog food and raw meaty bones are packed frozen and delivered with our fleet of temperature controlled reefer trucks. Once your order arrives, place the food into your freezer as soon as possible. If you are not home to receive the order on the day of delivery, please leave out a cooler by your front door and our dedicated driver will help you keep the order inside the cooler.
What happens if I am not home for delivery?
You do not need to be home to receive your order. If you are not available, the driver can leave your order in a safe location. We recommend leaving a cooler outside, especially during warmer weather, to help keep your frozen raw food protected until you bring it inside.
Can I choose in-store pickup instead of delivery?
Yes. In-store pickup is available from our Aurora location. Pickup is a good option if you live nearby or prefer to pickup your order directly.
When will I know my delivery time?
You will receive an email notification in the morning of your scheduled delivery. You can click on a link "EasyRoutes" for live updates on your delivery status. Please always expect delay due to traffic and weather conditions.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
For local Toronto and surrounding delivery, orders over $100 before tax qualify for free delivery. Orders under $100 can still be delivered for a $10 flat fee within the local delivery area.
