Just Raw Pet Food offers home delivery service straight to your door! For home delivery within our Just Raw Delivery Zone (see below), we provide free delivery for orders over $100 before HST. Otherwise a flat delivery fee of $10 will be charged to the order.

If you are not home at the time that we deliver to you, we strongly suggest leaving out a cooler by your front door and our delivery drivers will happily put the order into the cooler for you.    

If there is any damage on the goods, please contact us immediately by emailing We are happy to exchange the goods at no charge if the products are deemed damaged.

We do not accept any liability for the result of feeding or misuse of our products. Please refer to our feeding instruction and safe handling of our products.




If you reside outside of the Just Raw delivery zone, we will courier your order  straight to your door using carriers such as Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc. The order will be shipped in a special recyclable thermal box with recyclable insulation and gel packs to maintain temperatures up to 3 days in normal conditions. The products will remain frozen/cold primarily from the thermal density of the frozen raw food in the box. Therefore, minimum order requirement for shipping across Ontario will be 12lbs for frozen products. Some thawing is normal and it is safe to refreeze packages. Once the order is placed through our website, your order will be arranged to be shipped to you. The expected time of arrival is 1-3 business days depending on the time of day the order is placed. A tracking number will be provided so that you can trace the package along the way.

Once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided, Just Raw Pet Food has accounted it as transferred to the customer. Just Raw Pet Food will not be responsible for stolen or defrosted items. It is the customer’s responsibility to receive the package and store it in the freezer when the order is delivered.  


At checkout you can choose to pick up your order at our store in Vaughan. You will be contacted by email when your order is ready (it will not be ready for pick up before the "Order Ready" email).

         We will send an "Order Ready" email when your order has been picked and is ready for you to pick up.

  1. Upon Arrival

         Let us know your "Name" and "Order Number" and we will bring out the order for you.  You can also give us a call if you want us to bring the order to your vehicle!


This is an alternative way to receive your purchase should you prefer not to have your items delivered.  This could be a faster method to receive your purchase if our delivery schedule does not fit into your schedule.
