How Home Delivery Works

• Traffic and weather conditions can affect your estimated time of arrival, so be sure to check the live updates for the latest information.

3. Order Confirmation

• After your order has been delivered to your doorstep or concierge, you'll receive a text message and email confirmation for peace of mind

In-Store Pickup (Aurora, Ontario)

Prefer to pick up your order? At checkout, choose “Pick Up” to collect your order directly from our store in Aurora, Ontario. You’ll receive an email with pickup details when your order is ready.

How to pick up your order

3. Collect your order (Upon arrival, provide your name and order number, and our team will assist you promptly)

IS IN-STORE PICKUP FASTER?

This is an alternative way to receive your purchase should you prefer not to have your items delivered.  This could be a faster method to receive your purchase if our delivery schedule does not fit into your schedule.

Canada-Wide Shipping on Dehydrated Treats

We offer Canada-wide ground shipping on dehydrated treats.

• Free shipping on dehydrated treat orders of $65+ (before tax)

• Note: Shipping outside of Ontario cannot be combined with frozen products

Ontario Shipping On Raw Dog Food (Outside Our Delivery Zone)

For customers located in Ontario but outside our delivery zone, we offer courier shipping via UPS to deliver your order directly to your doorstep.

• Flat shipping fee: $25 (additional fee may applied if ordering amount exceed 36lbs)

• Orders are packed in recyclable boxes with eco-friendly thermal insulation and gel packs to maintain freshness.

• Our packaging is designed to keep items cool or frozen for up to 36 hours.

• Minor thawing during transit is normal and safe—sealed products can be refrozen upon arrival without compromising quality.

Shipping process

1. Order Placement

• Once your order is placed through our website, it will be processed and shipped promptly.  We typically ship out your order the next day (except for Friday) once the order is completed online.

2. Delivery Timeline

• UPS typically delivers orders within 24 hours after they leave our facility.

3. Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Important Notes

• Once your order is delivered to the specified shipping address, it is considered successfully transferred to you.

• Just Raw Pet Food is not responsible for items that are stolen or defrosted after delivery.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring prompt receipt and proper storage of their orders upon arrival.

Home Delivery & Shipping FAQ

1) What if I’m not home to receive my frozen raw dog food?

Please leave out a cooler so our driver can place the food inside.
If you won’t be available on your scheduled delivery date, email order@justrawpetfood.ca at least 24 hours prior to reschedule. We will move your delivery to the next available date.

2) Can I request a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate specific delivery time requests. Routes vary daily, so we’re unable to guarantee an exact delivery window.
On delivery day, you’ll receive an email with live tracking so you can plan ahead.

If scheduled delivery isn’t a fit, our products are also available at local retailers across Ontario.

3) Do you deliver to apartments and condominiums?

Yes. If your building has a concierge, our driver will leave the order with them. Otherwise, we’ll deliver directly to your doorstep. Please include your buzzer code to help ensure smooth access.

4) Where does Just Raw Pet Food deliver?

• Inside our delivery zone: Home delivery is available for all products via our local drivers.

• Outside our delivery zone (Ontario): We can ship frozen products via UPS courier, packed with insulation and gel packs ($25 shipping fee applies).

• Non-frozen products: Dehydrated treats and supplements can be shipped via ground shipping across Canada.

5) What’s the deadline to place an order? What if I run out of food?

To ensure timely preparation, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day prior to your scheduled delivery date (for example, for Thursday delivery, place your order by noon Wednesday).

If you miss the deadline, your delivery will be scheduled for the next available date in your neighborhood.
